Where do I park?

We strongly recommend parking in the attached parking garage on N. Pearl Street.  Besides that, there are metered spots on E. Lincoln St, West of Pearl.  As an alternative, metered parking is available on E. Lincoln Street, West of Pearl. Metered parking can be accessed and paid for via the ParkColumbus mobile app. 

We do not offer valet parking at this time.

Do you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

We take allergies VERY seriously.  The last thing we want to do is make anyone sick.  If you have a dietary restriction or allergy, please reach out to us before making a reservation as not all allergies can be accommodated without prior communication. 

Why do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

A valid credit card number is required for reservations because we have a cancellation policy in place for our dining room.


What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made up to 2 hours prior to the reservation with no fees associated. Cancelling within 2 hours of the reservation or not showing up would result in a $25/person fee. Please let us know if you are running late, if we have not heard from you after 15 mins you will be considered a No Show and cancellation fees will apply (cancellation fees for special event dinners are subject to change and would be noted at your time of booking).

Are you wheelchair / ADA accessible?  

Yes.  Although most of the restaurant is located below ground we have access to an elevator to help guests access our main dining room.  Please let us know before your visit if you require any assistance moving around our space or with seating and we will make arrangements for you.

What is the largest group reservation you take?  

As of right now, our largest reservation that we take is for six guests.  

What is the 3% “Employee Wellness Fee”?  

Our team is the greatest. Hands down. They work hard every day, making food that we're proud to serve you and ensuring that you have the best time with us. We love them for that and think it's only fair to provide them with the sort of fair living benefits that they deserve for their hard work: health insurance, proper hourly wages and overtime, as well as the chance to grow professionally and earn a living.

To help us afford to provide these fair living benefits, we've taken a cue from some of our favorite restaurants around the country and added a 3% Employee Wellness service charge for our guests. We hope you will continue to support us, so we can continue to support them.

*This is an optional charge. If you choose not to support us in our endeavor to provide benefits to our team you can simply ask for the charge to be removed.

What is the difference between our upstairs/street level dining area and the downstairs dining area?

Our restaurant features several unique dining spaces. Read on to learn about our booking options... 1. Our Street Level Dining room sits along Lincoln St. and features giant windows for outdoor views and tall ceilings for an airy, light feel. This area is not located around the open kitchen. 2. Our Downstairs Dining Room centers around our open wood-fire kitchen and gives you cozy but in the action vibes. Please note that this space can get loud! 3. Our Chef's Counter is located downstairs and puts you in the mix of it all. These seats will give you a head on view of the kitchen and the team hard at work. 4. Our Downstairs Red Bar is by far the most intimate room in our space. Tucked away downstairs it lends to a perfect date night or a great place to chill with friends. 5. Our Street Level Bar is walk-in only and is the perfect place to join us when you just want to pop in for a quick bite and drink or hunker down and order the whole menu. When the weather is right, the windows will be open to give that dining al fresco fell. No reservations needed, first come first served.
